Frequently Asked Questions
The Bold Reports product lifecycle shows how long each version is supported after release. Every version moves through four stages: GA & patching, extended support, limited support, and retirement. This helps you plan upgrades and maintenance before your version loses support.
Bold Reports ships a main release with new features every quarter and a service pack with smaller fixes every month. A weekly NuGet patch also delivers the latest defect fixes. This predictable schedule makes it easy to plan your updates.
Find your version in the end-of-support schedule on this page to see the dates for each support stage. The current version, V14.1.12, receives GA & patching support until August 2027, followed by extended and limited support. If you're unsure, contact the Bold Reports support team for help planning an upgrade.
